Many Californians are facing what may be the worst economic decline in California history. With jobs being lost and a record deficit, Californians are being held hostage to the old guard party politics.
California's water supply is under constant threat from EarthQuake destroying the aqueduct and Dams, seasonal droughts, relying on corporations which own the water rights in California, and fluctuating water sources from outside the state. In the not so distant future, we will see “water wars” if we don't do something now.
As Governor, I will implement the construction of a Statewide Desalination System to erase those water threats and to create a source of revenue.
The People owned, solar powered desalination plants built near Eureka, Oakland, San Francisco, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, and San Diego.
Procure free water for all Californians and harvest surplus water for sale to Nevada, Arizona & New Mexico.
Surplus water sales to Nevada, Arizona & New Mexico will profit billions of dollars per month for the "New California Prosperity Plan"
Link the plants to the inland cities through the existing water system.
Environmentally placed to have a positive impact on the marine environment. Using just onshore wells to eliminate organism intake.
Salt by-product will be sold to the commercial market, bringing additional revenue to California.
Creation of new jobs to build the plants and run the system.
Freedom from threat of drought or Earthquakes that would destroy our water supply.
Currently, many parents are burdened with the cost of private schools because of the deterioration of our public education system. Yet, is it fair that only those students whose parents can afford private schools receive a decent education?
Quality Public education should be a right, not a privilege. As governor, I will restore high quality public education for all Californians. Our youth ARE our future.

As Governor, I will create the California Electric Company, a self-sufficient clean energy revenue generator which will be owned fully by Californians.

It is time for the healthcare industry to stop making extreme profits from the medical hardships of California residents. A system in which all Californians have access to affordable health care is long overdue. One of my top priorities is to create a Universal Single Payer healthcare system. Only then will we have doctors and hospitals who work in the best interests of their patients and not the special interests of the pharmaceutical industry and insurance companies.
Build not for profit, state hospitals in each major city.
Create not for profit pharmaceutical manufacturers and medical supplies.
Release the University of California research labs from the pharmaceutical companies and redirect their focus back to true research.
A state healthcare plan at $50 a month for all Californians.
With 40 million Californians paying $50 a month, there will be two billion dollars per month to build and maintain the system.
The era of the transportation industry being driven by fossil fuels is coming to an end. The days of $5 per gallon and more are nearer than we think. California must rebuild its current mass transit system if we are to survive the rising cost of fossil fuels.
